These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website at www.labolatattooandpiercing.com. By booking an appointment, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. La Bola Tattoo & Piercing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly to stay informed.
All clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo or body piercing unless otherwise allowed under local regulations with parental consent and appropriate identification. Valid government-issued identification is required for all services. By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your session. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to keep the deposit valid. Piercing services may also require a deposit depending on the service requested.
The final cost of tattoos and piercings is determined based on the complexity, size, placement, and materials used. Estimates provided before a session are approximations. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are confirmed during the consultation process or at the time of service.
All artwork created by our artists is the intellectual property of La Bola Tattoo & Piercing and its creators. Designs created for clients may not be reproduced or used elsewhere without written permission. Any photos or videos taken of the tattoo or piercing process may be used for promotional purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise at the time of service.
Clients must follow all health and safety instructions before, during, and after receiving any service. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines can result in complications. La Bola Tattoo & Piercing is not liable for any adverse effects or infections resulting from improper care or failure to follow provided instructions. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to receiving services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, abusive behavior, intoxication, inappropriate conduct, or medical conditions that may pose a risk to the client or staff. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of both our clients and team.
All content on our website—including images, logos, and written text—is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, used, or distributed without prior written permission. You may view and interact with our site for personal, non-commercial use only.
La Bola Tattoo & Piercing is not responsible for any external websites or third-party services linked from our site. Use of those services is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms.
